Enjoy the variety of working in a different store each day or week; join our mobile team of Sales Consultants and Bicycle Mechanics, who fill in and help wherever the need is greatest. A fast paced environment where you will fulfil customers needs and get them out onto their bikes every day! The 99 Bikes Mobile team is run by the absolute best mechanics and sales consultants in our area; meaning you will be fast tracked into even more exciting roles, paired with them to make you into the best mechanic and sales consultant you can be.
Our mobile team also earn the most; incentivised to hit KPIs, earning higher base rates than in store, and are compensated for their travel. (Must have access to own car)

About The Bicycle Mechanic:
- Work as part of a team to service, repair and build bikes to a high quality standard.
- Book customers in for Services & Repairs and educate the customer on what the bike needs.
- Driven to high standards and quality control - every bike we sell and service gets a quality control check!
- Passionate about fixing bikes, problem solving and finding a way to get the customer back on the road.
- Experienced Bicycle Mechanics are highly valued. However, any experience you have had working on your own bikes/ friends bikes will be valued.
- You will receive expert training to set you up for success (On the job, Cytech Levels, SRAM STU).
High achieving Bike Mechanics can quickly progress to 2IC and Workshop Manager roles. The Workshop Manager has direct reports and a share of workshop profits.
About The 99 Bikes Sales Consultant:
- Work as part of a driven team.
- Value all customer enquiries and deliver great service.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and ensure they return.
- Take ownership of different aspects of the running of the store.
- Driven to meet sales targets. The more you sell, the more you earn!
- Passionate about riding bikes and driven to research bike products to be a true expert.
High achieving Consultants can quickly progress to 2IC and Leadership roles. Leaders will have direct reports and share profit of the results in the mobile team.
