The 99 Bikes Workshop Team Leader:

  • Ownership - a leader of the Workshop team. Responsible for profitable growth, training / development of the team and customer satisfaction
  • Lead By Example - leading by example in day to day mechanical work and using our systems to ensure high standards in the workshop
  • A Business Mind - ability to look long term, understand a profit and loss statement and grow the business
  • Great Communicator -  to motivate and influence members of your team towards success
  • Quality Control of workshop servicing and bike builds
