The 99 Bikes Workshop Team Leader:
- Ownership - a leader of the Workshop team. Responsible for profitable growth, training / development of the team and customer satisfaction
- Lead By Example - leading by example in day to day mechanical work and using our systems to ensure high standards in the workshop
- A Business Mind - ability to look long term, understand a profit and loss statement and grow the business
- Great communicator - to motivate and influence members of your team towards success
- Quality Control of workshop servicing and bike builds
